David Houchell is a Member of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists (MBIAT), a Member of the Royal Society of Health (MRSH) a Fellow of the Faculty of Building (FFB) and David Houchell Ltd is a member of the Local Authority Building Control Partnership.

David Houchell Ltd is a privately-owned building design and planning consultancy. We value the relationships we develop with our clients, many of whom have been coming to us for decades for everything from securing planning permission, obtaining building regulations approval and complete design services for the duration of construction projects.
David Houchell Ltd operates on the same site as the family building firm Houchell Ltd and can offer a completely integrated design and build service.
